MUDEO is a brand consultancy for business leaders in build mode™

Founded by me, Kenny Isidoro, I’m focused on establishing partnerships with those in the built environment, the architects, developers, engineers, builders, and advocates who are building for the real world. With a multidisciplinary background including practicing architecture, venturing into business development, and establishing deep expertise in branding and experiential design, I help organizations where these disciplines intersect — to create connective experiences, elevate your vision, and aim for your greatest impact.

About
Kenny Isidoro

Kenny Isidoro is the founder of MUDEO, a brand consultancy for business leaders in build mode.

I’ve trained in and practiced architecture at several Boston-based firms. While I failed at becoming a licensed architect, I saw the opportunity to pivot my role yet remain connected to the practice since my favorite people to collaborate with are those in the built environment. Developers, architects, engineers, and builders: I understand you because I’ve been in your world. And I’m stacking the experiences I’ve gained throughout my career to serve through my consulting practice.

With my multidisciplinary background across architecture, branding, and marketing, I lead initiatives that give identity to places and bring stories to life through connected brand experiences.

Through my platform and methodology called Build Mode™, I share brand principles and actionable insights that help leaders bridge the gap between who they are today and how they show up tomorrow. These insights and my consulting practice are focused on helping you build your own practice, your projects, and most importantly, your reputation.

With a sense of grounded optimism, I’ve become a trusted advisor to clients and a supportive team leader. I’m calm under pressure, a lifelong learner, and optimistic.

Before starting my own practice, here’s what else I’ve done:

Led dozens of strategy-driven projects at Matchstic, including brand architecture and restructuring for a real estate firm and a national logistics provider, and brand strategies for nonprofit organizations, S&P 500 companies, commercial real estate, and more.

Established the in-house brand practice at Bergmeyer, and for nearly a decade, led as a strategist, designer, and creative director on projects where branding and building meet. From top-tier consumer brands like Sam Adams and Truly, to luxury real estate and affordable housing communities in the Boston area, to cultural and educational institutions, these brand experiences strengthen the connection between people and places.

Served as Director of Partnerships at AIGA Boston to establish and nurture relationships with corporate partners in support of programming and initiatives.

Led marketing at LLB Architects and implemented a comprehensive brand identity system to build their reputation and connect with new prospects and partners.

Worked as an architectural designer at Boston-based architecture firms like Elkus Manfredi Architects and Annum Architects.

Earned an M.Arch degree from Northeastern in Boston after earning undergraduate degrees in architecture and graphic design, launching my career as a multidisciplinary professional and a love for all things architecture- and design-related in Boston.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients, collaborators, and colleagues at the following firms

Enough about me. Let’s talk about you.
