Together, we developed a comprehensive content framework that supports scalable workflows and consistent storytelling.

The framework includes two key components: a strategy outlining objectives for content, and design principles built on PCA’s brand, with applications on how to expand upon their visual identity. We launched the initiative with a placemaking campaign, This must be the place, providing a model for ongoing content development and creative expression.

The system enables PCA to produce and distribute content that balances consistency with variety. The framework enables the firm to demonstrate expertise across architecture, interior design, planning, and placemaking, while highlighting both project-focused work and people-centered stories. Their communication is approachable yet authoritative, reinforcing a clear, human-centered point of view.
