S3 Design
There aren’t many architecture firms that have the kind of focus S3 Design does. Athletic facilities that empower athletes to reach peak performance. Health and fitness centers that build close connections to community. And wellness spaces that create enriched experiences.
All places focused on the human spirit.
But while their reputation in this specific segment set them apart, their brand presence didn’t always communicate that distinction with clarity. The opportunity here was to uncover what makes S3 special and create a unified brand presence that matches their reputation.
After analyzing S3’s own marketing materials and other industry players, we built a brand strategy that defined their purpose, people, positioning, and personality. And then expanded upon their existing brand identity system to ensure consistency across all channels. We refreshed the visual identity system with an expanded color palette, typographic selections, image treatments and graphics; wrote core messaging; and redesigned nearly every piece of marketing collateral — content, presentations, proposals, brochures, exhibit booths, stationery — with the same quality, clarity, and consistency.
The outcome is a unified and strategic brand system that reflects S3’s true identity and equips them for growth. Most importantly, though we refreshed their identity, the process didn’t change S3. It simply revealed and amplified what’s always made them special: a human-centered design firm that strengthens personal connections and enriches shared experiences.
